L'Assemblea dei Sindaci del'Ato3 Medio Valdarno il 17 dicembre scorso ha approvato a maggioranza un ordine del giorno con cui si propone che l'aumento della cauzione abbia validità solo per chi stipula un nuovo contratto e di conseguenza che Publiacqua debba restituire con la prima bolletta le somme prelevate indebitamente agli utenti che hanno un contratto stipulato da tempo. Al Consiglio Comunale del 7 febbraio presentiamo una domanda di attualità per sapere come si è espresso il sindaco di San Casciano nell'assemblea dei sindaci di dicembre e se nella prossima assemblea di Ato del 17 febbraio sosterrà la modifica del Regolamento del servizio per obbligare il gestore Publiacqua a restituire la fatidica "gabella".
Restituzione dell'adeguamento del deposito cauzionale indebitamente richiesto agli utenti da Publiacqua.
VISTO l'interrogazione presentata da Laboratorio per un'Altra San Casciano-Rifondazione Comunista durante la seduta del Consiglio Comunale del 29 novembre 2010;
CONSIDERATO che all’assemblea dell’ATO3 del 17.12.2010 è stato votato a maggioranza un Ordine del giorno in base al quale le modifiche al deposito cauzionale hanno validità solo ed esclusivamente per chi stipula un nuovo contratto, comportando, pertanto, l’obbligo per Publiacqua di restituire le somme indebitamente già prelevate agli utenti di vecchia data;
PRESO ATTO che Publiacqua, come da notizie comparse sulla stampa, non ha intenzione di recedere dal suo comportamento irrispettoso dell’ATO3 e degli utenti, adducendo come motivazione che non basta un Ordine del giorno, but you need a formal amendment of the Regulation;
